The Word - Fracking Gag Gift

I hope I don't have to explain the environmental, safety, health, economic and ethical problems and negative trade-offs associated with hydraulic fracturing (also known as fracking). It's bad enough that we are destroying multiple habitats, ecologies, towns and the environment, all in the name of profits for greedy energy companies that would want to sell the planks of their own boat if it were sinking, just to make a buck.

Apparently, as Stephen Colbert reports, things are getting to the point where they are using legal gag orders to silence those who are being directly and heinously affected by their business:
