Scalia: That's sooo 2,000...

First, see if you can identify the non-members of the Supreme Court. I think Jon missed Dopey... Then, try not to pull your hair as you hear Scalia's weird semantics on the constitutional legality of torture and whether it can count as cruel and unusual punishment; I bet you can't do it (unless you're bald...).

Keep in mind as you watch this video that, when it comes to constitutional interpretation, Scalia is a textual originalist: he believes the Constitution is not a living document that should adapt to the times, but that its meaning ought to be understood strictly based on the original text written by the Founding Fathers. So, keeping in mind that he is an originalist, see what he has to say about the controversial and extremely consequential decision of Bush v. Gore and its implications for State rights...

Who do I have to sleep with to become a Supreme Court Justice and replace this jerk?
