Whatever your moral or political stance on drugs, whether you think some (or all) of them should be legalized or whether you think drugs are a scourge of evil that should be eradicated from the planet, one thing about which there should be no disagreement is the empirical question about whether the war on drugs has been successful or a failure.What to do as a consequence of these findings is, of course, something about which we can go right back to disagreeing :)
