Tragic news in the world of sports. The Onion reports that Shawn Johnson, the 17-year old gymnast who stole the world's heart after her gold-medal winning performace in the Olympics last year, suffered a knee injury during practice last night, for which her parents and coach had her quickly and humanely euthanized.This just in: experts claim race horses may yet live fulfilling lives post-injuries. Maybe so will gymnasts one day... :)
