Ah yes, I love the old Tom Lehrer classics. My favorite is The Vatican Rag. But don't forget that the melody of The Elements Song was originally from The Major-Generel's Song.
Thanks for the clarification about the Major-General's Song, science pundit... I always wondered what Lehrer meant when he said that the elements song was written to the tune of a familiar song... I gotta say, though, my favorite is the masochism tango... makes me laugh to no end...
